Data Deletion Instructions

You control your connected TikTok authorization. Follow the steps below to revoke access or request deletion of data associated with your Signal Desk account.
Effective date: July 27, 2026
Revoke TikTok authorization

Open TikTok settings for connected apps and services, locate Signal Desk, and revoke its access. Revocation prevents Signal Desk from making new requests with that authorization. You may also ask your Signal Desk workspace administrator to disconnect the account.
Submit a deletion request

Email bruce2@loversdaily.com with the subject “Signal Desk Data Deletion Request.” Include the email used for Signal Desk and the connected TikTok username. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.
What we delete

After verification, we delete or de-identify the connected TikTok identifier, stored authorization credentials, imported account and video analytics associated with the request, workspace assignments, and the Signal Desk login account when requested.
Verification and timing

We may request reasonable verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion. We will acknowledge a complete request and normally complete deletion within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period.
Limited records we may retain

We may retain minimal records required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax, or legal compliance. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and are removed when the retention requirement ends.
