These terms govern access to Signal Desk, including its TikTok analytics, account-group reporting, and synchronization features.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing Signal Desk, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the organization or accounts you connect.
Authorized use

You may connect and analyze only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You must not impersonate others, access private data without permission, evade platform controls, interfere with the service, or use Signal Desk for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Third-party platforms

Your use of TikTok, GeeLark, and other connected services remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, and rate limits. You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization and complying with those requirements. Signal Desk is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the service or investigate misuse.
Data and permissions

You retain rights in data you lawfully provide. You grant Signal Desk permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You may revoke connected-platform permissions, although doing so can disable related features.
Availability and changes

Analytics may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by third-party APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific synchronization frequency, or the accuracy of data supplied by external platforms. Features may change to address platform, security, or legal requirements.
Fees and suspension

Fees, usage limits, and billing terms are defined in the applicable service agreement. We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, excessive usage, security risk, policy violations, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers and liability

Signal Desk is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from service use, third-party actions, account restrictions, or data delays.
Termination and contact
终止与联系
